 I did it! I completed my first challenge of 2014 and it feels awesome!!! The Tour de Palm Springs. My great friend Howie Palmer (www.healthcoachhowie.com) joined me on the ride. He says I tricked him into doing this 100 mile bike ride, (I might have a little), but I'm sure he's happy he did it! He did an awesome job out there. I also want to congratulate my brother Eddie for doing an amazing ride out there and all the riders, organizers, volunteers, bands and spectators who made this adventure even more exciting.
