I'm 51 years old, married to my beautiful wife and we have 4 lovely daughters. It's not easy to stay healthy, fit and still keep up with the daddy life.  This website is about my journey. Through my journey,  I hope I can help inspire others in a similar situation where time is limited, but still want to achieve health and fitness while taking care of responsibilities and spending quality time with the family.
