1 Mile - 8 Week Training Plan
This 8 week training plan is for someone who has already been running three to four times a week and is able to run for 30 minutes comfortably without stopping. This training plan will work on conditioning, speed, strength and threshold. It is focused for someone who is training for a 1 mile race.
